Your successful membership experience with the Business Architecture Guild is important to us! We have provided many help pages and how-to videos around the website and our 3E team is happy to answer your questions here whenever possible. We DO NOT offer Phone Support.
- Please see this page prior to submitting a form.
- We do not have a technical support team, but we will do our best to assist you with technical issues or direct you to a better resource.
- A collaborative approach drives a better understanding of your need, so the more detail you can provide, the better. Please include any links to or screenshots of pages, invoices, member records, error messages, etc. that may provide additional information about your question. The more information you provide, the more likely it is we may be able to answer your question on the first try.
- Questions that are asked politely and respectfully will be given priority!
- We cannot violate governing laws and regulations, override or violate Guild policy, or overturn the decisions of evaluation teams.
- Inappropriate language and/or threats against the organization (Guild), or any individual affiliated with the Guild, is cause for immediate suspension.
